Four Seasons Langkawi Retains Two Michelin Keys
The island resort retains Two Michelin Keys for a second consecutive year.
Four Seasons Resort Langkawi has retained Two Michelin Keys in the 2026 Michelin Guide hotel selection.
Announced on September 24, the result marks a second consecutive year at the Two-Key level for the Malaysian island resort. Four Seasons says it remains the only resort in Malaysia holding two Michelin Keys.
Recognition for a nature-led resort
The property sits between the Andaman Sea and Langkawi’s tropical landscape, with nature programming increasingly central to its positioning. Earlier in September, the resort introduced Roots of Breath, a sunrise yoga ritual among the mangroves of Langkawi’s UNESCO Global Geopark.
The Michelin Key distinction evaluates the hotel experience as a whole. For a resort destination such as Langkawi, that puts accommodation, service, design and connection to place into the same conversation rather than focusing on a single restaurant or facility.
The repeat recognition also gives Malaysia a prominent luxury-resort entry in an increasingly competitive Southeast Asian hospitality market.
