Chef Andrew Yeo Returns to Four Seasons Chiang Mai for Supper Society
Andrew Yeo returns to Chiang Mai for the fourth Supper Society dining series in October.
Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is bringing chef Andrew Yeo back to northern Thailand for the fourth edition of its Supper Society series in October 2026.
Announced on September 8, the return follows Yeo’s earlier appearance in the programme. Four Seasons describes the new edition as a personal exploration of the flavours, memories and traditions that have shaped his cooking.
A guest-chef format with a sense of place
Short culinary residencies have become an increasingly important part of luxury hotel dining in Asia, allowing resorts to introduce new chefs and ideas without permanently replacing an established restaurant concept. In Chiang Mai, the format also gives international chefs a setting closely associated with northern Thai landscape and food culture.
Yeo is a Michelin-recognised chef, and his return gives the series continuity rather than treating the event as a one-off collaboration. For travellers planning around food, such programmes can also make resort dining a reason to choose particular dates rather than simply an amenity attached to a stay.
The October edition adds to a busy calendar of chef collaborations across Asia’s luxury hospitality sector, where hotels increasingly use limited-run dinners and residencies to connect local audiences with visiting culinary talent.
