The St. Regis Bar Macao Pairs Afternoon Tea With Guerlain
Scents from the French perfumer's L'Art & La Matière line, from Neroli Outrenoir to Spiritueuse Double Vanille, shaped pastries, savouries and cocktails in Cotai.

Served until 15 November 2025 in the bar on the hotel’s second floor in Cotai, the menu took its inspiration from Guerlain’s L’Art & La Matière fragrance collection.
The sweet and savoury items were built around the notes of signature scents from the line, including Neroli Outrenoir and Spiritueuse Double Vanille. Head mixologist Kevin Lai created a set of paired cocktails intended to express the layered profiles of the same fragrances.
Alongside the tea, the hotel scheduled three fragrance masterclasses, on 18 October, 1 November and 15 November, led by a Guerlain fragrance master. The sessions included a celebration of the 100th anniversary of Guerlain’s Shalimar and tastings that matched the afternoon tea creations with their olfactory inspirations. Places required advance reservation.
“We are delighted to partner with Guerlain, a house with which we share a profound commitment to heritage, legacy, and the art of crafting exceptional experiences,” said Stuart Wayne Douglas, general manager of The St. Regis Macao.
The bar went on to host further partner afternoon teas in Macau, with the Italian chocolatier Venchi in April 2026 and the tea brand Saicho in August 2026. Bookings are handled through the St. Regis Bar Macao website.
